ESEI & SpanishExpress are partner institutions and collaborate in the development of Spanish language courses for the Business professionals. ESEI International Business School, founded in 1989, provides to international students the greatest possibility to understand the global world by practising and developing their skills and knowledge in high quality and multicultural classes with a constant interaction between students and teachers. Our international students will understand, by a real living experience in a multicultural environment, that they are nurtured and trained to become ethical individuals in a business environment. SpanishExpress was established in London on 2003 and has grown into a team of linguists, translators and professional tutors who have been involved in language teaching and training for many years. Our teaching methods place special emphasis on the development of language skills in the form of oral and written communication, while continuing to pay attention to the theoretical aspects of the Spanish language. We encourage our students not just to learn a language, but to use it confidently and appropriately in a variety of contexts.

CORE AREAS OF STUDY within the three years of Bachelor (Hons) Business Administration at ESEI include: spanish
The Business Spanish Programme is designed specifically for ESEI BA students whose mother tongue is not Spanish. Classes take place throughout the academic year and the length of the programme depends on the language level of each individual student. The programme is open to students without previous Spanish knowledge, as well as to those who have an advanced level.
The objective in these courses is two-fold, to obtain the competence in the language that makes it possible for students to operate in a Spanish-speaking environment, and also to provide the cultural tools that will enable the students to better understand and grasp the nuances of the Spanish culture. These two objectives are achieved keeping in mind that the students will be future Business leaders hence they will need the particular skills related to the field which could range from effective communication skills to cordial cultural interaction skills.
This is achieved by employing a methodology that enrols students in an active learning process. Our Programme is designed according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference), with a syllabus covering grammatical, lexical and functional content, and providing students with a more in-depth knowledge of the practical Business language skills currently required. Preparation for today’s competitive market is ensured by focusing on specific communication situations that provide students with useful tools to develop in real-life situations. These situations are always framed by correct use of grammar and the use of a wide range of structures.
