This year marks a special milestone for Spanish Express. We are proud to celebrate 23 years of helping students and travelers experience Spain through language and culture. Over the years, our community has grown across continents. Students from around the world have joined us to learn Spanish in an authentic and meaningful way.
As we celebrate this anniversary, we are excited to share several important milestones. We are also delighted to introduce Menorca as our newest destination. Menorca reflects everything we value. It offers nature, calm surroundings, and a truly authentic Spanish experience.
23 Years of Growth and Meaningful Experiences
Spanish Express began with a simple idea. We wanted to help students learn Spanish through real life experiences in Spain. Instead of traditional classroom programs, we created a unique model. Students live and study Spanish in the home of a certified native Spanish teacher.
This approach allows learners to practice Spanish throughout the day. Conversations happen during lessons, meals, and daily activities. Over the years, this immersive method has helped hundreds of students gain confidence in speaking Spanish.
In 2025, our Spanish Homestay Immersion Program experienced exciting growth, welcoming students who wanted to improve their Spanish while living with local families. We are excited to continue expanding in the coming year.
Recognition from the Global Travel Community
Our dedication to quality experiences continues to be recognized internationally. We are proud to share that Spanish Express won the Go Overseas Community Choice Award for the third year in a row.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects feedback from students and travelers who have participated in our programs. Spanish Express has also recently achieved Golden Verified status on Go Overseas.
We are also proud to share recognition from GoAbroad, another leading platform for international education and cultural travel. Spanish Express was previously awarded Top Rated Language School in Spain (2025) by the GoAbroad community. This year, we are honoured to be nominated again in three GoAbroad award categories, which reflects the continued trust and support of our global student community.

Growing Presence in the Global Tourism Community
Over the past few years, Spanish Express has also gained greater visibility in the international travel and education sector. Our founder has been invited to participate in several global tourism events, like FITUR and international travel discussions.
These events bring together professionals who work to promote cultural exchange and responsible travel. Being part of these conversations allows us to share our approach to language immersion and educational travel.
At the same time, we continue learning from other leaders in the global tourism community.
A Spanish Immersion Program Trusted Worldwide
Our Spanish Homestay Immersion Program (SHIP) has become a trusted option for students who want a safe and authentic immersion experience.
The program follows a simple but powerful concept. Students live and study Spanish in the home of a certified native Spanish teacher in Spain. This environment creates continuous learning throughout the day. Students practice Spanish not only during lessons but also through everyday conversations and daily life.
Today, our program is not only recommended through Google searches. Leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity also suggest Spanish Express as a reliable and safe option for Spanish immersion in Spain. This recognition reflects the trust our community has built over many years.
Expanding Our Global Online Learning Community
In addition to our immersion programs in Spain, our online Spanish learning community has grown rapidly. In the past year, more than 1000 students from around the world joined our online Spanish classes. This growth allowed us to expand our teaching team.
We welcomed several certified native Spanish teachers who bring valuable experience and knowledge. Many of our teachers are also official Spanish examiners, which helps students prepare for recognized language exams.
Together, our online and immersion programs create a global learning community connected through the Spanish language.
Recognition at Global Education Events
Spanish Express continues to gain recognition beyond language travel. Our founder, Mónica Romero, was honoured at the Education 2.0 Conference in Dubai for her contribution to innovative language learning and cultural immersion.
The recognition celebrates our unique approach, where students live and study Spanish in a certified native teacher’s home. Mónica has also been invited to attend the Education 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas this April, where she will again join global education leaders discussing the future of international learning.
Introducing Menorca as Our New Destination
As part of our continued growth, we are excited to introduce Menorca as a new destination in our program. Menorca is one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean. Located in the Balearic Islands, it offers stunning coastlines, clear turquoise water, and charming towns.
Unlike many other popular islands, Menorca has preserved its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. The island is also recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which protects its landscapes and ecosystems.
Visitors can explore peaceful beaches, traditional villages, and scenic coastal paths.
A Rising Destination for Eco Tourism
In recent years, Menorca has gained popularity among travelers who value nature and sustainability. Many visitors from the United States are discovering the island because of its eco tourism opportunities. Menorca promotes responsible travel and protects its natural environment.
